Dan was a successful residential real estate salesperson for 6 years when he was recruited to manage an office that started with 67 agents. Dan proceeded to expand the office to 138 agents in four years. Dan is now a broker with over 25 years in the residential real estate business.
Karen Hoemeke, REALTOR®, The Hoemeke Group Listings Specialist
Karen brings 14+ years of advertising/marketing/public relations background to the team. In 2008 Karen earned the special Coldwell Banker status of “”Previews Specialist.”” This is a designation earned after completing extensive training and successfully marketing and selling numerous luxury homes. In 2014 Karen earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. Karen assists sellers throughout the sale process.

Britani is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and brings over 10 years of sales experience to the team. Each year, she helps dozen of families meet their real estate goals by providing introductory consultations, negotiating the best purchase price and ultimately guiding each buyer through to a successful close.
Mary Stephens, Transaction Manager
Mary brings 17 years of Administrative Assistant experience to The Hoemeke Group. As an integral part of both listings and transactions, her duties include inputting property information into the MLS as well as all web sites and provides all marketing materials for the listings. Mary also handles all closing details, tracking deadline dates and communicating with all parties involved to meet these deadlines. She works with the title companies and lenders to ensure that all paperwork is processed in a timely manner.
